1. Product Description

Joyful Journeys is a printed workbook designed to help youth in grades 3–8 explore their emotions through writing, drawing, and creative activities. All content is original and owned by Joy Books.

2. Orders and Payment

Payment is required in full before orders are processed.
For school or organizational orders, invoices can be arranged with prior approval.
We accept payments via [Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Purchase Order, etc.].

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within [3–10 business days] from receipt of payment unless otherwise noted.
Joy Books is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the educational nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo for a replacement or credit.

5. Bulk & School Orders

Bulk pricing may be available for orders of 25 books or more.
For tax-exempt schools or organizations, a valid exemption certificate must be provided before payment.

6. Copyright & Use

All content, illustrations, and materials in Joyful Journeys are protected under copyright.
Books may be used by the purchasing individual or organization but may not be photocopied, digitized, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Joy Books is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of this product.
This book is not a replacement for therapy or mental health services.
